Contest Rules Warm 98 contests are open to anyone 18 years of age or older; except Warm98 employees, members of Warm98's immediate family, advertising agencies, contest sponsors, and employees of other radio and TV stations (and their families). Other restrictions may apply. Immediate family includes: Spouses, Parents, Grandparents, Siblings, Children, Step- children and Grandchildren. Participants may win only one (1) contest per household in a thirty (30) day period. Any prize won more than once in a thirty day period is forfeited by winner. There are no exceptions. Warm 98 is not responsible for entries or prizes lost or damaged by the mail. Equipment malfunctions of telephones, fax machines are also not the responsibility of Warm98. Listener must provide Warm98 with their name, address, phone number, social security number for the INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, and RadioCard number if necessary in order to win a prize. Prizes not claimed within fourteen (14) days of winning are forfeited, and Warm 98 retains ownership of the prize. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitute or exchange of the prize is permitted. If a winner wins tickets to a production that is subsequently cancelled due to forces beyond Warm 98's control, Warm 98 is not liable or responsible for substituting another prize in lieu of the original prize. Winners must bring a valid photo ID to the Warm 98 offices between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, (unless otherwise noted) when picking up prize. Federal, state, local and/or other taxes imposed on the winner, as a result of winning the prize, or imposed on the prize itself, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner grants permission to Warm 98 to publicize and/or broadcast his or her name, voice, and/or likeness in relation to the contest or promotion. Winner waives any claim of royalty, right or remuneration for such use. Winner waives any and all claims of liability against Warm 98, its affiliates and employees, agents, and sponsors for any personal injury, losses or death which may occur from the participation in the contest, promotion, or from the usage of any prize. Warm 98 reserves sole and final judgment as to all matters concerning the contest and interpretation of contest rules. Written copies of the rules may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Warm98 at the address above, or by picking up a copy at the Warm98 studios Monday through Friday, 9am until 5pm.
