Katy Perry is still working to unload the home she shared with her now ex-husband, Russell Brand.
Initially, the singer was asking $8 million for her Hollywood Hills home, in anticipation of a quick and quiet sale. However, after the home lingered on the market for a while, Katy now plans to slash her asking price, reducing it to somewhere in the seven million dollar range, though she might accept even less from a serious buyer, TMZ reports.
Katy's had the posh Hollywood mansion since 2011, when she and Russell bought it for $6.5 million. The couple's divorce was finalized last July after 14 months of marriage.
The Mediterranean-style home -- which was once featured on ABC's The Bachelor -- features 8,835 square feet of living space, including seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and rests on 2.98 acres complete with manicured grounds, grotto-style pool, murmuring brook, and Japanese-style bridge.
Katy's currently nominated for Favorite Female Singer on the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, which air live on March 23 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
