Parenting tip thanks to Curly's BBQ!
Are your little ghosts and goblins ready for trick or treat? It's all about the candy!! But, do you know which candy is their favorite? Earlier this morning on the 'Dean and Randi Morning Show', we talked about the Bon Appetit Halloween candy survey which detailed the best and worst candy to hand out this Halloween.
The BEST Halloween candy of all time? HERSHEY'S KRACKEL !!!
Also on the list of the best candy are..... Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkin, Take 5, Pop Rocks, Anything Sour or Hot, Blue Razz Blow Pop, Whoppers, Snickers, Candy Corn, or Anything Full Size !!
The WORST Halloween candy of all time? CANDY CORN !!
According to the survey, the kids probably won't like these either..... Circus Peanuts, Raisins, Smarties, Necco Wafers, Werther's Original, Plain Hershey's, Dum Dum Pops, Milk Duds & Tootsie Rolls!
Hey, anything that's chocolate works for me!! Have fun and Happy Halloween! Talk to you soon.... Randi

Hey Kids....
Have you found any good pumpkins yet? Imagine carving this one.... Weighing in at 1658 pounds, it's the biggest pumpkin in the country this year! The farmer who grew it toted it 2000 miles from Iowa to California for the competition !!!

Now that's a lot of pumpkin pie!!!!

Parenting Tip Thanks to Curly's BBQ
Well, if you’ve been stopping by Kids Corner, you know we have a lot of fun with jokes and fun and games.. but we also have some tips for parents too!
Did you hear about the new car seat safety law changes in Ohio?
Mom and Dad, if you have little ones, you’ll want to check out the car seats as some new laws went into effect in Ohio recently changing some age and weight requirements. If you have a son or daughter that’s younger than 8 and smaller than 4 feet nine inches tall, they must ride in a booster seat in the car. The new law went into effect on Oct. 7th.

Parenting Tip thanks to Curly's BBQ
Hi, It's Randi on Kids Corner.... Is your life like this?? If someone would have asked me years ago about my future, I would have never imagined it......... But, I am officially a SOCCER MOM. Sometimes, seeing as many as ten or more games in a week! And…before and after games, tailgating is HUGE for parents and all the kids! Whether you’re on the soccer sidelines or getting ready for the big football game, it’s all about the FOOD at your tailgating get-togethers. The Food Network recently compiled a list for tailgaters for the most popular foods to eat out of the back of your SUV. Nacho’s were on the list, as were ribs, dips, brownies and many others….But the Food Network says the number one tailgating food is Wings!! (Plus, they said tailgaters really don’t care what they eat as long as they’re having fun & enjoy the game!!)
How about some Curly’s BBQ for tailgating?? It’s quick and easy to make. Add a package of mini buns for sandwiches or a bowl of corn chips for dipping.

Did you hear us chatting this morning about the big baby born in Indonesia this week?? The little boy weighed 19.2 pounds! And the pictures are just amazing to see the little tyke in the nursery next to the other babies.
I wonder if his parents will be trying the diaper free method of potty training we talked about last week on the Dean and Randi morning show? Did you hear about this?? Parents are trying to potty train their babies from birth without diapers. Needless to say, there’s a lot of controversy on this… but, it’s part of a new natural infant hygiene trend. Proponents say babies have very different cries for hunger, tiredness, and when they have to go to the potty. And, parents should be able to differentiate these cries; learn to recognize the difference and get their baby to the potty in time. Wow… no diapers? Sounds like a lot of laundry to me! Your Thoughts??
